4 ingredients to a great meal. This is a favorite of mine and if I have peppers I add that to the mix also. This is great on rice cakes or wasa crackers too.

Dice up onions. I used a whole onion this time because I used a lot of tuna.

8 cans of tuna.

Texas Pete Hot Sauce (this is the best kind for this tuna mix) add the hot sauce to your liking.

Mix it all together

Keep it in the fridge. I think this is best cold.

I added some cabbage to this meal and other meals I will put the tuna on a rice cake or wasa crackers.

See it’s that simple. I used a lot of tuna this time but I’ve made it for one meal just use a little bit of onion and less hot sauce (yeah, that simple).

  1. Good, easy recipe! Tuna is such a good food to have in the fridge, either for lunch or to snack on!

Yes, I completely agree. It’s easy for me to eat straight from a can or pouch without having to add anything to it. I love how portable tuna can be.

  2. I love me some hot sauce…and tuna!

Thanks for linking up to #RECIPEFRIDAY! :)
