Ok, here is another simple morning idea
Breakfast Spicy Eggs Recipe :
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
mrs dash original
diced jalapenos (as much as you would like)
scramble eggs and enjoy!
This is a recipe that I became familiar with at the start of my weigh loss journey and was easy to make with items I already had on hand. Please don’t laugh at me because my skills of making a pancake look like a “pancake” are still in process. It’s a learning process and I’ve been working on it forever…one of these day I may just “get it”.
Apple Cinnamon Pancakes:
1/2 cup oats, uncooked
3 whole egg whites
2 drops vanilla extract
pinch cinnamon, as needed
pinch splenda, optional
1 small apple, diced
1. Mix all together and then place in pan
2. cook over med heat and its better than a real pancake!
