First, I know it’s been a few days since I’ve updated on here but not much has been going on and I’ve still been back and forth to the doctors lately. Monday I was in so much pain I did not do anything.
Over the weekend it was all about the Super Bowl and watching the Ravens get the “W”.it was not pretty but we did it. The line you see below is just part of the crowd lined up to take the train into the city to watch the Ravens parade. I did not go.I stayed warm and watched from my comfy couch.
I decided to make some Buffalo Style Meatballs yesterday and they turned out great!
Buffalo Style Meatballs
What you need:
3lbs ground turkey
1 tsp celery seeds
1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Original
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried minced onions
1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning (optional)
2 eggs
1/2 cup Franks Wings Sauce
Mix everything together in a bowl
Make meatball size portions (I like large meatballs.lol)
Sprinkle cayenne pepper on the meatballs (optional)
If you know me.you know I like spicy.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook for about 35 min. Once the meatballs cooled down I placed them in a ziplock bag and added some extra franks wing sauce in the bag.
Doesn’t this look amazing? It was really good and I will be making this again. Maybe next time I will make a few changes to make it even better. Let me know if you try this one.
I had to pick up my grandson and keep him for a little while so my stepson could work a little later today. I love this kid! He was checking out the Nova with his Grandpa.
I let him the Lucy’s Gluten Free Cookies before I even had a chance to try them.
Check out the video below to see his reaction.
oh oh oh he IS SO ADORABLE.
Im ready to be a grandma…is that wrong?
Those meatballs look delicious! I love buffalo, and this recipe looks good. I tried to make some buffalo meatballs a different way a few months and they didn’t turn out that well.
