I guess I am a little late to hop on this bandwagon..however, I am going to start this program next week. That will give my time to look over the program and fully understand what I am getting into..prepare to succeed.that’s my motto!
I spent some time looking over the program and reading a few blogs that have completed or just started the program and it looks like a good program and should not be difficult to follow. The results I have seen so far look great and I’m not really following a plan and I like how it starts out a little slow. No cardio the first 4 weeks just weights (sounds perfect to me). The program is in three phases and its easy to get started..check it out here.
Jamie Eason has had some great feedback from the program that she put together and tested it with herself and her family before making it available and FREE to the public. I see a lot of people who are not following the program fully.they will do the workouts but not eat as suggested. I’m going to try to follow the program as it was laid out to really give it a chance to work like it was intended.
The program is geared toward workouts at the gym but there are also videos on how to workout if you are not able to make it to a gym. I’m sure I will have more to day about this as time goes on but for now I just wanted to make it known that I will be completing this program and would love to have you join me in this new adventure.
This week will be a week to prepare for the 12 week program and I will do my normal cardio/weigh training until I start next Monday. Let me know if you want to join in with me or let me know if you have already started to completed the program. I would love to hear your story.
I am aware of this program. I follow Jamie on Facebook and very recently, she had a lot of followers start the program on the same day. Every day, she would post on what they needed to do.
I remember that a lot of people were complaining that they didn’t see results, and Jamie begged them to stick with the program. Unfortunately, I’m not aware of any of the end results. I’m sure the people that stuck with it, did see changes.
I should look up success stories. I have the weekly (or is it monthly) emails she sent out. I have yet to go through them and see what the program is really about.
Let me know how it works out for you.
I don’t know that I have heard of this program. I just started a couch to 5K program this week and I am loving it so far.
