Yesterday started off normal. A kickass back workout at LA Fitness. I broke down and decided to wear my gloves to the gym. They are not sexy by any means but whatever.they are there to protect my pretty little hands.
I must have known the day was going to take a turn for the worse because I just wanted to be comfortable. It was Friday and cold outside. Can’t get more comfortable than flat boots, jeans and a sweatshirt.right?!!?
By noon I was brought into the hospital via ambulance. I was rushed out of work after smelling bleach that a coworker decided to clean with. I guess someone was cleaning their desk and I’m allergic to bleach. It was not a good combo at all. This was the worst episode I’ve even experienced and it was best to go to the hospital to get checked out. I was feeling numb all over and had trouble breathing and when I would try to stand or walk I was extremely dizzy.
I’ve asked my supervisor before to send a notification to the floor about not using bleach but he never would. They finally sent an email out yesterday and all it took was an ambulance and the paramedic to yell at them that they can’t use chemicals like that. I hope I won’t have this issue again. It was scary.I won’t lie.
They put me in a room to freeze my butt off..I think I lost half my butt while sitting in there. I sent this picture to my husband and he responds back to me and tells me I look like Beavis and Butthead cornholio..good lord! That must be a guy thing.I just don’t get the whole Beavis and Butthead thing. I will give him point though because I thought the same thing when I took this picture.lol
Today I just decided to take things easy and try to catch up on some emails and blogger stuff (boring..I know). We did venture out for a little while so I could meet up with a friend so we could exchange gifts. It’s good to have a friend who understands my needs and gives me a gift card for the Vitamin Shoppe.how thoughtful!
After we did the exchange my husband and I made a stop at Bass Pro Shop to see the 120 pound blue catfish. Sorry about the bad photo. All we had was my iPhone camera because my husband left his phone at home. His Android phone takes amazing photos! I still love my iPhone but when you compare photos his phone is WAY better than mine.
Mommies poor little baby just wanted to snuggle with me for awhile this evening. He is getting older and sleeps a lot more and because his daddy was out in the garage he decided he would hop on my lap to love me some.
I hope your Saturday was as peaceful as mine was.
That it total bullll that they wouldn’t send an e-mail before you had to be rushed off. I would be pissed. Thank god you’re ok though, and hopefully they feel awful!!
I was pissed. I go back to work today. I wonder what drama will unfold….

I hope it’s a calm week plus it’s the week before my first vacation of 2013. I need it now. Lol
