I’m going to start this off with the newest update to my blog and what sparked my desire to make changes in the month of February. Katy Widrick has a 28 day blog challenge to make updates/improvements to your blog. It’s not to late to get some idea and join the challenge with me.
I’ve updated my “About Me” page with this picture (I need to make it larger) and I also updated my facebook page cover with the new picture. What do you think?
Here is the old picture:
The new picture:
Yesterday I spent my afternoon at the doctor’s office.don’t cha just love paper sheets?
I woke up to snow this morning.no picture though but that’s ok because y’all should know what snow looks like. I got together with a friend last night and this morning for our workout. It’s pretty cool because I am usually a loner when it comes to my workouts so it was nice to have a friendly face there with me and to catch up on some gossip.
I did a back workout and took a picture. I wish these photos would come out better when I try to show you how badass I look between sets.
After my workout I went to my old gym to get a 30 day pass so I can continue to workout with my friend Monica and take the clubbin’ cardio class I loved so much. I miss that class and the trainer in it. I saw him today and it’s been about 3 years since I’ve last seen him and he was impressed with the changes in my body.
I wanted to take his class tomorrow but I have ANOTHER doctors appointment. Oh well, I have to get better.
Ok, now it’s time to show you my second and third (in the future) husbands. Say hello to My John! It was his retirement party at Lowes today. I worked with his from 2000 – 2005 when I left to go with my current company. I love this man.he is so sweet and such a flirt with all the ladies. He even fought off a man that tried to rob him when he was coming into work a few months ago. They just don’t make men like him anymore. He will be missed and it’s sad for me to know that when I go shopping at Lowes I will no longer see him there.
They got a cake for him and he said that he only wanted his picture portion to take home.how conceited of him. lol
I was able to see some other great friends and realized how much I really miss the family over there. I’ve worked with some great people with good hearts and I miss that.
There were lots of tears shed and he got lots of going away cards and gifts. They got a smock for him to take home that everyone signed.
And..my third (future) husband Mr. Frank! They don’t make men like them anymore. Mr. Frank did two tours during the Vietnam War and was a police officer once he came back. These guys are tough!
In order to keep my figure tight for all these future husbands of mine I had a healthy dinner. Chicken (my first husband made) with brown rice and cabbage. This was super duper good.
How many future husbands do you plan on having?
Great dinner by husband #1!
I really need to update my blog; I have neglected it for so long… I like your new pics!
Have a great weekend!
